The Pacific Southwest Building is a historic building situated in Downtown Fresno. It is the tallest building between Los Angeles and San Francisco and was constructed using design and technology that were ahead of their time including the use of a concrete encased steel structure.
This impressive Neo Classical skyscraper was the most expensive building built in California between 1920 and 1930.
This landmark 16-story high rise was originally built in 1925. Upon acquisition in 2011, Khatchadourian brothers completed a comprehensive redevelopment including a complete building system upgrade and core renovation. In keeping with the building’s rich history, every effort was made to preserve and enhance its unique and elegant design while providing state-of-the-art amenities for today’s demanding tenants.
The building carries a designation as a Historically Significant Building and is listed on the Local Register of Historic Places.
